Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager based in Delhi, India. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee daily branch operations and lead the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. The manager will aim to foster team productivity, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the branch's overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring sales teams
- Proficiency in sales planning, business development, and implementing effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and drive performance
- Familiarity with financial products, services, and industry dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 25 years of experience in sales or branch management roles, preferably in the financial services industry
- Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment and adapt to evolving business needs
