The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial records. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Strong financial management and record-keeping skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the cooperative or banking sector is a plus
