About the Role / Position Summary(Multiple Openings)

We are seeking experienced Branch Manager for multiple location across Kerala for a leading Kerala-based Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), an organization with over 25+ years of experience in delivering financial services across India, our organization specializes in retail and SME lending solutions, including gold loans, business loans, vehicle loans, and microfinance services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily morning meetings to cascade management circulars and instructions
  • Control expenses within permitted levels
  • Authenticate all vouchers and registers of the branch after verification
  • Check daily transactions and complete day-end procedures
  • Custodian of the first set of keys and all documents
  • Custody of unused cheques and other important documents
  • In-charge of all branch business targets and loan recovery tasks
  • Monitor and achieve business targets of the branch
  • System entry checking and final-level authorization
  • Attend to customer complaints and grievances
  • Report daily cash and bank positions to Regional Office Managers (ROMs)
  • In-charge of remittance of funds and receipt of funds from the Head Office/branches
  • Responsible for submitting Branch Return Statements (BRS) to the Head Office in time, marking a copy to ROM
  • Obtain all statutory licenses in time and their renewals
  • Attend to alert phone calls from the intrusion alarm hub and take immediate actions as per guidelines
  • Verify and check pledged items and their purity
  • Attend to audit queries and rectifications
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Manage branch administration and maintain decorum
  • Engage in business promotion activities and customer meetings on a regular basis

Requirements / Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in banking or NBFC
  • Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree can be considered
  • In-depth knowledge of handling NCD, NCD-Sub dept, Business Loan, Gold Loan, and Vehicle Loan products

  • Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
