Branch Credit Manager-NBFC Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications for machinery loans, term loans, and working capital financing
• Perform credit risk assessment and financial analysis to support approval decisions
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of loan applications
• Approve or recommend loans based on internal credit policies and regulatory compliance
• Monitor credit portfolio quality and suggest corrective actions for delinquent accounts
• Conduct personal discussions with applicants to understand financial and business needs
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all credit transactions
• Support branch credit operations and reporting requirements
