Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhiwani for a Branch Manager at Midland Microfin Ltd. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, including managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business targets. Responsibilities include loan disbursement, monitoring repayment collections, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. The Branch Manager will also identify growth opportunities, mentor team members, and contribute actively to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Operational management and team leadership skills
- Experience in customer engagement and relationship management
- Proficiency in financial processes including loan disbursement and repayment collection
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial institutions
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in microfinance or banking is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
