Job Description:
- Team Leading & Recruitment: Take ownership of building and managing a high-performing sales team by recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring talented individuals. Ensure that the team is motivated, skilled, and aligned with business goals.
- Field Sales: Plan and execute field sales initiatives, including door-to-door sales, client meetings, and networking events, to generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Life Insurance Sales: Promote and sell life insurance products to individual clients and corporate accounts. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable policies to meet their financial goals.
- Lead Management: Manage lead-based sales processes effectively by following up on assigned leads, converting them into clients, and maintaining detailed records of all interactions.
- Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team members product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track team performance using KPIs, conduct weekly/monthly review meetings, provide feedback, and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure excellent client servicing by resolving queries, addressing complaints promptly, and maintaining long-term relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (UG).
- Experience in field sales, life insurance, or lead-based sales preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing and inspiring a team.
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies effectively.
