Job Description:
- Team Building: Responsible for recruiting and building a high-performing sales team by leveraging your personal and professional network.
- Training & Motivation: Provide continuous training, mentorship, and motivation to team members to enhance their sales skills and achieve individual and team targets.
- Business Development: Organize and coordinate sales visits, client meetings, and promotional activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Performance Development: Develop team members skills and capabilities to help them grow professionally and increase business productivity.
- Meetings & Reporting: Conduct regular weekly and monthly meetings to review team performance, discuss challenges, and implement action plans for improvement.
- Target Management: Monitor sales targets, track progress, and ensure team achieves or exceeds sales goals.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
