About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager with strong expertise in Affordable LAP (Loan Against Property). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling LAP cases, managing branch operations, and leading sales teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

️ Manage end-to-end Affordable LAP business operations

️ Handle Loan Against Property cases with ticket sizes ranging from 15 lakh to 50 lakh

️ Drive branch sales performance and achieve monthly business targets

️ Lead, train, and monitor the branch sales team

️ Ensure smooth customer onboarding and loan processing

️ Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders

️ Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies

️ Handle branch profitability and overall operational efficiency

️ Ensure proper documentation and coordination with credit and operations teams

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Affordable LAP (Loan Against Property)

Ticket Size Expertise: Proven track record in managing cases ranging from 15 lakh to 50 lakh

Team Leadership: Minimum 1 year of team handling experience required

Location Preference: Local candidates will be given priority
