Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets for deposits, loans, and other financial products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their banking needs and providing excellent service.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve business goals and maintain high performance standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures, and manage risk effectively.
  • Monitor branch financial performance, including profit and loss statements, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduation from any UGC recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in banking, with at least 3 years as Branch Manager or equivalent role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial analysis and risk management.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking products, services, and regulations. Familiarity with the local market is a plus
