Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role located in Bhavnagar. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing a team, and achieving business targets in alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include supervising loan disbursal processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves monitoring business performance, addressing customer queries, and driving growth through local market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Sales and marketing expertise, with a proven record of achieving business targets
• Knowledge of financial products such as commercial vehicle loans, LAP, or SME/MSME loans
• Understanding of branch-level operations and compliance procedures in a financial institution
• Excellent customer service, relationship management, and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and proficiency in data analysis and decision-making
• Experience in managing a team within the finance or banking industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or equivalent qualification will be advantageous
