Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, lead a dynamic team, and drive business outcomes. Responsibilities include managing resources to achieve sales targets, building strong relationships with farmers and franchisees, ensuring efficiency in branch operations, and fostering excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will also focus on executing the company's strategies to enhance the standard of living for farmers and agri-entrepreneurs in the region.
Qualifications
- Branch operations and management experience, including resource allocation, team supervision, and meeting business objectives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Understanding of agricultural practices, rural markets, and supply chain management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, planning, and reporting.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a result-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with agri-business or rural development projects will be an advantage.
