Job Description

Manage overall branch operations, sales, and business performance
Generate new business for sea freight, air freight, 3PL Warehouse and logistics services
Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and profit targets
Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales & operations team
Build strong relationships with customers, airlines, shipping lines, and vendors
Ensure smooth coordination of export/import shipments
Oversee documentation, customer service, and credit control activities
Improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies
Generate periodic business MIS and reports for management
