Branch Manager

Role Description

The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the Chennai branch, ensuring that targets and customer satisfaction goals are consistently met. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team, developing client relationships, managing branch profitability, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives. Additional duties encompass monitoring compliance with company policies, market analysis for growth opportunities, and maintaining high-quality customer service.

Job Role:

1. Should have in depth knowledge in Financial Products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, SIF, Insurance, Bonds, Direct Equity,...
2. Manage and strengthen relationship with HNI clients.
3. Maintain and increase AUM of the branch.
4. Maintain and increase client base of the branch.
5. Should organize Investment Awareness Program by coordinating with AMC.
6. Should be able to handle a team of Relationship Managers.
7. Ensure all SEBI and AMFI regulatory and compliance standards.
8. Should be available to travel within and outside city to meet with clients.
