Branch Manager

India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd (ISFC) is an affordable housing company operating across 15 states in India, offering affordable housing and small ticket loans against property. For 12 years, ISFC has catered to self-employed customers with informal income documentation. The company's offerings include financing for new house purchases, home expansion and upgrades, home building loans on previously owned land, and loans against property. ISFC aims to make home ownership accessible to the middle and lower segments by providing loans up to Rs 30 lakhs. The head office is located in Gurugram, Haryana.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Nagpur. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the branch team, meeting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role includes developing and implementing strategies to improve performance and achieve branch goals, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Experience in the housing finance or banking industry is a plus
