Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Thrissur. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, managing a team, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, implementing strategic plans, managing customer relations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The manager will also play a key role in identifying and addressing customer needs while maintaining high service standards.

• Experience in managing financial products such as gold loans, business loans, and vehicle loans
• Knowledge of financial planning, customer relations, and business development
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and implement operational strategies effectively
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in the financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
