Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient workflows in counselling, admissions, and documentation.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor counsellors and staff to deliver high-quality, professional service to students.
- Visa and Application Support: Oversee student application processes, ensuring compliance with university and immigration regulations.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor market trends to provide feedback to management for strategic decisions and competitive advantage.
- Marketing & Partnerships: Build relationships with educational partners, schools, and colleges; coordinate local promotional events and seminars.
- Customer Service: Handle escalations regarding student applications, visa issues, or service queries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills & Requirements
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in the overseas education industry or education counselling, with 2-4 years in team management or branch operations.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of visa procedures, international admission processes, and global education trends.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, networking, and problem-solving skills.
