Branch Manager - Health Insurance Agency Channel

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive business with the help of SDMs, UMs, AMs, and BDMs.
• Provide leadership to the entire Circle team by clearly communicating the organization's vision and objectives.
• Direct support to Career FLS / BLs to help them achieve business goals and increase productivity through:
• Superior channel understanding
• Sales coaching and strategic advice
• Field support on critical calls
• Weekly performance reviews and action planning
• Training and development for identified skill gaps
• Support Circle Manager and Associate Circle Heads in meeting performance goals.
• Oversee training certifications for SDMs within the first 6 months.
• Uphold organizational values, business ethics, and integrity across the Circle.
• Maximize Circle's sales productivity and meet monthly/annual targets by:
• Providing leadership and target orientation
• Motivating the team for consistent performance
• Supporting large client acquisitions
• Monitoring performance and making course corrections
• Ensure high-quality Agency operations through:
• Daily huddles, performance reviews, SAM calls
• End-to-end sales process management
• Recruitment and activation of FCs and BLs
• Maintain low attrition rates and high employee success.
• Recruit top-performing Financial Consultants and convert strong FCs to Business Leaders, helping them build and expand their teams.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Insurance team handling experience in Agency or Direct Channel is a must.
• Minimum 57 years of total experience in insurance (Agency or Direct Channel).
• Minimum 23 years of team handling experience in the Agency channel.
• A strong and stable career track record is essential.
