Branch Manager Equity Dealing
Location: Mangalore, Karnataka | Experience: 10+ Years | Industry: Broking / BFSI
Lead branch operations, drive brokerage revenue, manage the equity dealing team, and build a strong HNI/MNI client base in the Mangalore market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own branch P&L and drive brokerage income across equity cash and F&O segments
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of dealers and relationship managers
- Acquire and retain HNI clients; grow wallet share through advisory and relationship management
- Ensure full compliance with SEBI regulations, KYC/AML norms, and internal risk policies
- Develop and execute local business development strategies aligned with regional targets
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in Finance/Business; MBA preferred
- Certifications: NISM Series VII mandatory; CFA/CFP a plus
- Experience: 10+ years in equity broking, with 34 years in branch leadership
- Skills: Equity & F&O expertise, HNI client management, team leadership, SEBI compliance, proficiency on platforms like ODIN/Kite/NOW
- Languages: Kannada/Tulu proficiency preferred for local market connect
