Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Pune. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, manage the team, and drive customer engagement to grow the branch's portfolio. Key responsibilities include achieving business targets, overseeing loan processing and disbursement, ensuring cost management, and maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.
