Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager for our on-site office located in Tirupati. This is a full-time role where the Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, lead a dynamic sales team, achieve business targets, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing workflows, mentoring team members, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Proficiency in sales strategy development, business planning, and target achievement.
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, solve problems effectively, and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales or branch management in the financial or insurance sector preferred.
