The Branch Manager is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing a team, driving sales growth, and fostering strong client relationships. Tasks include strategic planning, supervising daily activities, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving financial targets. Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and the local community will also be a key part of the role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and motivating teams.
• Proven expertise in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and business development.
• Solid understanding of low voltage electronic security products, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proficiency with business management software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or in a relevant leadership role is preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
