Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Cuttack. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, lead a team to meet business targets, and drive customer satisfaction. The role includes managing sales performance, developing strategic plans, and fostering client relationships. The Branch Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies, market the company's insurance products, and manage claims processing effectively.
