Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Industry – Retail, Whole Sales, Production Candidates only can be applied.
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage sales, customer service, and branch profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production unit for product replenishment.
  • Maintain product freshness, hygiene, and visual display standards.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines and company quality norms.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective team management.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and festive offers.
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and record maintenance.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Schedule staff shifts and maintain proper attendance records.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and promote staff discipline.
  • Maintain proper records of daily sales, wastage, and stock reports.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and coordinate with accounts for reconciliation.
  • Report branch performance and operational updates to the Area Manager or Head Office.
  • Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and presentation across all items.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for packaging, labeling, and display.
  • Maintain branch cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Ensure the branch upholds the brand's image and values.
  • Implement cost-control measures and minimize product wastage.
  • Oversee maintenance of equipment, freezers, and display counters.
  • Support new staff induction and ongoing product knowledge training.
  • Coordinate with HR for payroll, attendance, and employee records.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene protocols.
  • Drive team motivation and foster a positive work environment.
  • Lead by example to promote excellent customer service culture.
  • Ensure readiness during festive and high-demand seasons.
  • Represent the branch during audits, reviews, and management meetings.
