Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

P&L and Strategic Execution

  • Maintain the Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet for the branch
  • Execute branch strategy in alignment with the overall Branch Banking goals of the bank
  • Ensure sustained revenue generation through cross-sell of Third Party Products (TPP), Retail Assets (RA), and Business Banking (BB) products
  • Drive CASA mobilization through focused efforts in branch catchment

Customer Service & Experience

  • Ensure efficient complaint management within defined TATs
  • Drive consistently high service scores and standards
  • Conduct customer engagement initiatives and marketing events
  • Oversee CRM implementation and utilization across Sales, Relationship, and BSD teams

Operations, Controls & Compliance

  • Ensure branch and ATM upkeep and escalate issues as required
  • Coordinate with fraud risk teams to ensure efficient fraud management
  • Ensure full compliance with all bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements
  • Ensure timely MIS reporting and adherence to internal control systems
  • Guarantee safety and security of branch assets and customer deposits

Performance Management

  • Track and monitor branch productivity and book movement on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with HCM Business Partner for performance evaluations and training needs assessment
  • Manage attrition through role clarity and employee engagement initiatives

People Management & Development

  • Monitor achievement of performance indicators for direct reports
  • Implement performance management processes effectively
  • Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and identifying growth opportunities

Risk & Internal Control

  • Follow internal risk policies to mitigate operational, regulatory, and reputational risks
  • Execute internal controls in line with department standards and ensure audit readiness
