Roles & Responsibilities:
P&L and Strategic Execution
- Maintain the Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet for the branch
- Execute branch strategy in alignment with the overall Branch Banking goals of the bank
- Ensure sustained revenue generation through cross-sell of Third Party Products (TPP), Retail Assets (RA), and Business Banking (BB) products
- Drive CASA mobilization through focused efforts in branch catchment
Customer Service & Experience
- Ensure efficient complaint management within defined TATs
- Drive consistently high service scores and standards
- Conduct customer engagement initiatives and marketing events
- Oversee CRM implementation and utilization across Sales, Relationship, and BSD teams
Operations, Controls & Compliance
- Ensure branch and ATM upkeep and escalate issues as required
- Coordinate with fraud risk teams to ensure efficient fraud management
- Ensure full compliance with all bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements
- Ensure timely MIS reporting and adherence to internal control systems
- Guarantee safety and security of branch assets and customer deposits
Performance Management
- Track and monitor branch productivity and book movement on a daily basis
- Collaborate with HCM Business Partner for performance evaluations and training needs assessment
- Manage attrition through role clarity and employee engagement initiatives
People Management & Development
- Monitor achievement of performance indicators for direct reports
- Implement performance management processes effectively
- Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and identifying growth opportunities
Risk & Internal Control
- Follow internal risk policies to mitigate operational, regulatory, and reputational risks
- Execute internal controls in line with department standards and ensure audit readiness
