Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role located in Jalor. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent client service. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, implementing strategies, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. They will also play a key role in fostering strong customer relationships and monitoring overall branch performance.

- Leadership and team management experience to inspire and guide the branch staff effectively.
- Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Proficiency in operations management, including oversight of daily banking activities and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Proven customer relationship management skills to build and maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
- Analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities to evaluate branch performance and implement improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Prior experience in banking or financial services in a managerial role is strongly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
