Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Area Manager to lead branch banking operations across a designated area. This role involves driving business growth, enhancing service quality, and ensuring compliance across branches. The Area Manager will be responsible for mentoring branch teams, managing productivity, and delivering customer-centric solutions across retail liabilities, assets, and third-party products.
Responsibilities
Achieve business objectives for the area, meeting value, volume, and channel productivity targets Drive revenue generation through sales of CASA, assets, TFX, and third-party products (e.g., insurance)
Lead and mentor Branch Managers, Operations Teams, and Sales Teams Enhance deposit pool and customer engagement across branches
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to audit standards Plan and manage manpower across branches for optimal productivity
Improve RM and RO channel performance and service delivery Drive service quality parameters and customer satisfaction across the area Maintain
High morale and productivity among branch personnel Establish and uphold standards for customer service excellence
