Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Drive branch revenue through equity trading, third-party product selling, and new client acquisition.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and branch profitability.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across financial products (Broking, Equity Broking, Trading, GST, Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Forex, Financial Inclusion).
2. Team Leadership & People Management
• Lead, mentor, and motivate equity dealers, relationship managers, and branch staff.
• Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and ensure continuous learning through training.
• Build a collaborative, performance-driven culture focused on results.
• Branch administration, maintaining decorum.
• Generate Revenue on various products by using the right skillsets of the team members.
3. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, and retail clients.
• Provide personalized investment solutions, timely advice, and superior client service.
• Address client concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with clients and investors.
4. Market Analysis & Advisory Support
• Stay updated on equity market trends, and corporate developments.
• Provide actionable market insights to clients and team members.
• Support clients with portfolio diversification, asset allocation, and risk management strategies.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and risk guidelines
• Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE/BSE, and other regulatory standards.
• Monitor trading activities and mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular audits for operational transparency and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
