Role Description

The Branch Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi. The primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the branch, supervising and mentoring staff, analyzing and improving business performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction and growth. The role also involves developing strategies to expand client reach and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving organizational goals and ensuring operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and client handling
• Understanding of student relationships and experience with overseas education consultancy
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in marketing and business development
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in managing budgets and financial planning
• Familiarity with the higher education systems of the UK, Canada, or other international destinations is advantageous
• Minimum bachelor's degree in business management, education, or a related field
