This role is for a Branch Manager at a leading housing finance company, responsible for leading a team of sales managers to drive business growth in the affordable housing sector. The ideal candidate will be a Home Loan (HL) expert with a strong understanding of lending products, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales managers to achieve sales targets. Provide guidance and training to help the team meet individual and team goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, real estate agents, brokers, DSAs, and other channel partners to generate leads and referrals.
- Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and tie-ups to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Address customer queries and provide exceptional service throughout the loan application process.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, generate regular reports, and analyze data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Mitigate potential risks through regular audits and compliance checks.
Skills & Qualifications
