- Loan Processing SupportAssist staff in initial screening of gold ornaments (no final valuation).
Help in filling loan application forms and collecting necessary KYC documents.
Enter customer and loan details into the system under supervision.
Support in uploading documents and maintaining proper file records.
- Operations & AdministrationAssist in day-to-day branch administrative tasks.
Help in cash counter activities such as issuing receipts (only with authorization).
Monitor customer follow-ups for interest payments, renewals, and reminders.
- Compliance & SafetyEnsure adherence to company policies and RBI guidelines related to gold loans.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Support the branch team in ensuring secure handling of gold assets.
- Sales & Marketing SupportParticipate in local marketing activities like pamphlet distribution, customer calls, and lead generation.
Help track leads and conversions in the system.
Promote new schemes and branch offers to customers.
