Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Branch Incharge. The Branch Incharge will oversee daily operations at the assigned branch, including monitoring logistics activities, ensuring efficient delivery processes, managing staff, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, meeting key performance indicators, and liaising with internal teams to optimize operations. The role also demands a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and addressing operational challenges promptly.
Qualifications
- Operational Management skills, including the ability to oversee daily branch activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, with a focus on optimizing delivery processes and improving operational efficiency.
- People Management skills, including experience in team supervision, coordination, and motivation to achieve performance targets.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and manage complex logistics challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or similar industry is a plus.
