Role And Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for branch sales across all channels.
- Ensure smooth operational flow, client services, and compliance at the branch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and key distributors.
- Drive sales of new product launches and monitor team performance.
- Promote online investment channels to investors.
- Enhance branch visibility and reputation through effective product showcasing and customer engagement.
- Conduct investor awareness programs and regular investor meets.
- Maintain strong connectivity with branch employees through regular interactions and meetings.
- Manage, motivate, and guide the team on products, market trends, and sales tools.
- Assess local market conditions and identify prospective sales opportunities through business development activities.
- Ensure 100% quality control in branch operations.
- Establish productive relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Discuss and provide updates on existing and new investment schemes with the team.
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic business plans considering market potential, competitor activity, and risk appetite.
- Achieve industry-leading mobilization for all schemes offered by the branch.
- Increase market share in respective business channels.
- Manage branch P&L and overall operational activities, including human resource management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Graduate; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Asset Management Companies or relevant financial institutions.
- NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributor) certification is mandatory.
- Good understanding of Mutual Funds, Equity, Debt, and Financial Markets.
- Fluent in Gujarati with strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as Senior Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, or Bank Assurance roles.
- Team handling experience.
Selection Process
- Assessment Test followed by 23 rounds of interviews (depending on candidate case).
