Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve business goals and high-quality customer service standards.
  • Take ownership of all branch banking objectives including deposit mobilization, loan disbursement, and cross-selling of banking products.
  • Drive the branch's profitability by generating new business and enhancing revenue streams.
  • Manage Key Customer Relationships and supervise programs targeting High Net Worth (HNI) clients to maximize retention and growth.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review and analyze branch operations reports, sales reports, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to banking rules, regulations, and internal policies to maintain operational compliance.
  • Coordinate with other bank departments to streamline branch operations and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor day-to-day branch operations including cash management, security, and staff productivity.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the banking sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive sales and meet targets in a competitive banking environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance requirements.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
