Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Branch Head in the Real estate vertical namely Kunvarji Realty Advisors, based in Bengaluru. The Branch Head will oversee the operations, business development, and overall management of the team. The branch head will have multiple team leaders under them with each team leader having about 4-6 relationship managers under them. Responsibilities include ensuring AOP targets with A grade developers are met, financial goals are met, strategizing growth plans, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with business standards. The role also involves fostering client relationships, identifying opportunities for market expansion, and ensuring efficient processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
