Job Overview
The Branch Head will be responsible for managing end-to-end branch operations including service delivery, business development, statutory compliance, financial performance, and team leadership. The role requires strong operational and people management skills to ensure client satisfaction and branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee deployment and management of security personnel across client sites
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations, billing, collections, and client coordination
- Implement and monitor company SOPs and operational processes
- Drive business development, client retention, and revenue growth
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Contract Labour Act, etc.)
- Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and contract profitability
- Lead, motivate, and develop operations and business teams
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 6-8 years of experience in security services, including branch operations
- Strong leadership, client-handling, and multi-site management skills
- Sound knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, CLRA, etc.)
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
