Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to manage the complete branch operations, including sales, business development, customer handling, team management, and overall branch performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and proven experience in handling revenue targets, customer relationships, and branch-level operations.
Key Responsibilities
1)Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for the branch
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Ensure lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures
Build strong relationships with key customers and channel partners
Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely conversions
2) Branch Operation Management
Manage end-to-end branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with dispatch, service, and technical teams for timely execution
Ensure proper stock, spare parts, and inventory planning at branch level
Maintain branch discipline, reporting structure, and daily work planning
3)Team Leadership & Performance management
Lead and manage the complete branch team (Sales, Support, Operations)
Recruit, train, and develop branch staff as per company requirements
Set KPIs for team members and track performance regularly
Conduct daily/weekly reviews and motivate the team for target achievement
4) Customer Handling & After Sales Support
Handle key customer meetings, video calls, and escalations
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and service
Resolve complaints and coordinate with HO/Service team for solutions
Maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business
5) Reporting and Coordination
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
Coordinate with Head Office for accounts, purchase, production, and service
Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Strong understanding of B2B sales and branch-level management
Must be comfortable with customer visits, meetings, and business development
Experience in managing a team of sales & operations executives
