Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily branch activities, including insurance claim processing, marketing, auditing, loss prevention, and underwriting.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and monitor the performance of insurance agents, providing guidance on complex issues.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet branch targets and drive new business through marketing activities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their insurance needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure branch operations comply with industry regulations and provide updates to the regional manager on operating results, insurance trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in insurance brokerage management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.
