  • Generate Demand at the Airport
  • Monitor passenger arrival trends and peak travel times to ensure adequate vehicle availability.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to run airport-specific promotions or campaigns.

  • Ensure strong presence of the fleet at arrival and departure points.

  • Driver Management and Retention
  • Recruit and onboard drivers for airport operations.
  • Ensure drivers follow operational guidelines and airport rules.
  • Conduct regular driver engagement sessions and address concerns.
  • Monitor driver performance, ratings, and service quality.
  • Implement retention programs such as incentives, bonuses, or recognition programs.
  • Resolve driver-related issues including disputes, operational challenges, and compliance.
  • Ensure Fulfillment
  • Ensure that every customer booking is fulfilled with minimal wait time.
  • Monitor real-time ride allocation and vehicle availability.
  • Coordinate with drivers to manage peak-hour demand and sudden surges.
  • Implement contingency plans in case of driver shortages or operational disruptions.
  • Maintain high fulfillment rates and minimize ride cancellations.
  • Pricing Management
  • Monitor fare structures and pricing strategies for airport rides.
  • Implement dynamic pricing during peak demand periods.
  • Analyze competitor pricing and market trends.
  • Work with internal teams to optimize pricing for profitability and demand balance.
  • Ensure transparent pricing for passengers and drivers.
  • Relationship Management with Airport Authority
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airport management and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with airport regulations and operating guidelines.
  • Coordinate for operational permissions, parking slots, and pickup/drop zones.
  • Resolve operational challenges related to airport authorities.
  • Represent the company in airport meetings and coordination discussions.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination to Generate Demand
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to run airport-specific campaigns.
  • Coordinate with technology teams for app or platform improvements related to airport rides.
  • Work with customer support teams to resolve passenger issues quickly.
  • Share operational insights with business strategy teams to improve services.
  • Align with city operations teams for fleet optimization.
  • Ensure 100% Fulfillment
  • Track key performance indicators such as ride acceptance rate and trip completion rate.
  • Optimize driver allocation to ensure passengers always find a ride.
  • Monitor real-time operational dashboards.
  • Take corrective actions to maintain high service levels.
  • Ensure minimal waiting time for passengers.
  • Driver Management and Retention (Operational Focus)
  • Maintain a healthy driver supply pool for airport operations.
