Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze customers business requirements and workflows to map them accurately with Odoo functionalities.
  • Leverage at least 3 years of presales and post-sales experience with ERP software, preferably with Odoo ERP expertise.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the latest version of Odoo.
  • Prepare detailed customer proposals, including scope, features, and commercial aspects.
  • Conduct product demos, gather customer requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Guide customers through the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
  • Collaborate closely with clients implementation managers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Training.
  • Train customers individually on effective usage of Odoo modules and features.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers to understand strategic business needs and ensure alignment with Odoo solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong planning, organizational, and communication skills across diverse business & Skills :
  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementations, preferably with Odoo.
  • Proven experience in both presales and post-sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of various business processes across different verticals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
