BPO Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated BPO Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our products and services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets as set by management.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist in the development of promotional strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
