We are looking for enthusiastic BPO Telecallers to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are looking to kickstart their careers in customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system accurately.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language).
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs effectively.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
