We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented BPO Telecaller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, and will be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the phone to provide information about products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a BPO or telecalling role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
