BPO Team Leader

Description

We are looking for a BPO Team Leader to oversee our customer service team in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that performance targets are met, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to enhance skills.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team management.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and address concerns.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Understanding of BPO operations and customer service best practices.
