Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in Tamil to assist customers with product, service, billing, or general inquiries.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to resolve customer issues or promote services.
  • Update customer information accurately in the system.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and maintain quality standards.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Follow standard scripts and call-handling procedures where applicable.
  • Maintain professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude during all customer interactions.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Qualification: Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream.
  • Language: Fluency in Tamil (mandatory); basic understanding of English or Hindi is a plus.
  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or BPO is an advantage.
  • Good listening skills and customer-handling ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM or call center software.
  • Sales or upselling experience (if for outbound/telesales).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good voice clarity and neutral or regional accent (as per process need).
