Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries
- Maintain a professional and courteous communication style at all times
Process & Quality Adherence
- Follow defined BPO processes and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
Collaboration & Performance
- Work effectively with team members and cross-functional teams
- Meet individual and team performance targets
Shift & Work Schedule
- 5 days working in rotational shifts
- 2 rotational weekly offs
