Hiring: Customer Support Executive

Location: Kilpauk, Chennai

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: 6 Days (1st & 2nd Saturday Off)

Job Role:

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

Resolve queries related to payments and receipts

Conduct welcome calls & mobile verification

Raise and track tickets until resolution

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Graduation Not Mandatory

Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Hindi (Any one)
