Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer queries related to products, services, or process information
  • Perform data analysis and documentation tasks as per client requirements
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of client data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhere to quality standards and meet performance metrics

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree holders
  • Experience in BPO or KPO international processes preferred but freshers can apply
  • Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Immediate joiners preferred
