We are seeking a dynamic BPO Hiring professional to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are looking to kickstart their career in recruitment within the BPO sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to fill various roles in our organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment drives to source candidates for BPO roles.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with team leads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple roles at once.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of BPO operations and requirements.
