Position:Customer Support Associate (Voice/Non-Voice)

Location:Delhi, Gurgaon

Shift:Day/Night/Rotational (based on process)

Eligibility:Graduate in any stream (No B.Tech/B.E)

Experience:Freshers welcome

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via call, email, or chat (voice/non-voice/blended)
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Follow standard operating procedures and update records accordingly

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Positive attitude and customer-first approach
  • Willingness to work in a team and in shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
