Responsibilities
- Conduct bulk hiring for various BPO roles
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring metrics
- Collaborate with team members to improve hiring processes and strategies
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
- Strong understanding of the BPO industry and job roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
